I too would rather be out on my bike ,unfortunately i am a victim of circumstance.
I was only home for 7 days in total ,kids school holidays and a training course ,catching up on some jobs round the house ,Bobs your uncle time to go again,there is a glimmer of hope for me though,when i collected my passport in London ,they messed up my visa and i only received a 15 day one instead of the 30 day one ,they also started it from the 06th April instead of the 10th April ,this means i am only going to Algeria for a 10 day trip instead of a 28 day trip HURRAY.

This means i will have to work in the office in Aberdeen ,now this is the perfect excuse to use my Bike (commuting daily) some time life is just great.

Thanks for the reply ,unfortunately a little to late as i head out today.
I stayed at the Sheraton ,so just enjoyed the nice facilities ,i did look into the gym but broke out in a cold sweat withought actually doing anything.

Diane multitaking, i would like to see that. I bet the paint was dripping off the walls, she got lost on the way to ABZ, the washing was in the diswaher and vice verse. Before multitasking at such a high rate trying sitting still and breathing, then when your comfortable with that try standing up and taking a few steps and then slowly progress to cooking, ironing, cleaning and hoovering. It's probably best not to try speaking when carrying all these things as it's a well known fact that it can fry your brain. Oh well thats noramal then............................open goal, and that went in "off the post"!!!!!!!!

Not even in the same league Col! Yesterday managed a 260 mile run on bike while also sorting out family stuff, keeping on top of the housework, working full time (now in charge of a team) and today found time to wallpaper the bathroom. Now going to watch the motoGP while continuing to knit one of my own designs!! Other than that I might have a go at just sitting later this week - badminton match tomorrow so a bit busy again

Good idea - then I'll be able to do my knitting while waiting for you catch up

Happy to lead, but it is hard work (as James said, I spend far too long being a mother hen" to everyone). Trouble with the longer runs is they usually need booking a couple of weeks in advance, and my life is so busy I cannot commit to much that far ahead.

If I have a weekend free soon I'll post something up, but it will be closer to last minute
