Its Insurance time

Hi All
Well that special time of year is here once more and my bl**dy bike insurance is due . Has anybody got any recomendations for the busa .

Last two years i have got best deal with E Bike

I used ebike too this year. They came out cheapest overall and still had a good policy. Funny though - it always seems to be the same insurance company I end up with - Red Star - no matter who brokers the policy.

I got quotes from the compare the market and such like web sites E-Bike is going to be the best deal I think @ £230 ish .
It must be the busa being so good that the insurance is so expensive LOL

Shop around and compare 'like for like'.

Carole Nash includes European breakdown as standard. Ebike charges £50.00 extra for same cover. A straight comparison makes ebike look cheaper but I travel abroad a lot and Carole Nash with inclusive bits is better value when £50 is added to ebike costs.

You really need to look at what's included in each case and drop the bits you don't want e.g. Legal Services - I never take.

Use 0800 numbers or internet and deal direct - you will save because 'middle man' always takes cut.

Also - look at bike security - a Thatcham approved disc lock can earn you discount. Bought the Motrax Vishas from Ecosse Honda for £40 and immediately earned £20 discount. With discount following year, lock costs nothing, and £20 better off year after.
