| Since no one is employing me on a full time basis to run GMC (look it was a joke, honest guv, I wasn't serious just incase its taken up wrong again) I have decided to give up some more of my free time for a charitable event.  A note from Rod at Hein Gericke: Just a note to tell you all that on the weekend of 23rd & 24th of August we are organising a rider assessment weekend in conjunction with Keith Henderson of Ecosse Advanced Motorcycle Training.The start and finish point will be the shop at Great Northern Road. Ride outs will be from 9:00am Saturday & 10.00am Sunday. The idea is to have new or inexperienced riders in the morning and experienced riders in the afternoon. We will provide refreshment for all free of charge as usual and a toilet for those of a nervous disposition! Keith will be providing his services for FREE , all that we ask is that anyone who wishes to, would donate something to the NABD (National Association for Bikers that are Disabled) as this in our opinion is a worthy cause and we will pass on anything collected. Places will obviously be limited by time constaints so book early!

| Well I went and did it. It was long, it was hard and there was no withdrawal - as Churchill once said I think.
Just wanted to thank Keith publicly for his time and effort over the weekend. I'm sure many people who attended the free assessment sessions benefitted greatly from his input. I know I did!
I gather Rod collected around £185 for NABD which is pretty good.
